Purchase College Songwriters NOW

Concert featuring new music by six, young professional songwriters from the Conservatory of Music at Purchase College, State University of New York. Artists include Eli Wolf-Christensen, Laurie-Anne Creus (Ultimate Singer-Songwriter Finalist), Leila Hegazy, Kelly Izzo (3rd Place Winner of Woody Guthrie Songwriting Contest), Mitski Miyawaki and Madeline Mondrala spanning a wide-range of genres, including contemporary folk, rock, pop, jazz and indie.

Ryan Homsey, Vaudeville Park Resident Curator and professor at Purchase College says, “I am delighted to feature the talent of these artists to mark the occasion of the first event that I produce at Vaudeville Park. The individuality, innovation, and dedication that these artists bring to the craft of songwriting are both powerful and refreshing.”
