No Wave Performance Task Force Presents "Women's Group"

Women's Group is the No Wave Performance Task Force conceptual open house.

All present are welcome to perform or simply provide audience and intelligent response. The purpose of the evening is to brainstorm, to share our work with one another, to party before we leave for Christmas. With Dreary Somebody (Lindsey Drury), Laura Bartczak, Ivy Castellanos, a bunch of other female movement and performing artists too, and you!!!

It also serves as a party to celebrate the fact that we are beginning!  This is happening! Conversations have started! Work has been made!  Women have been reaching out to women!

WOMEN AND LOVERS OF WOMEN in all performance forms! December 19th is your night at Vaudeville Park to get acquainted with the No Wave Performance Task Force is a night of mutual exposure. Those of us who wish to perform do so.

Come and share your work, come give audience, come with your dreams for feminist performance, come with your criticisms, your passion, your disinterest, whatever you like, just come.
